Fusion Food and Culture Festival is stepping up to a new level of excitement for 2021
Celebrating the sights, sounds and tastes of our multicultural community over two magical nights at Mills Park, Beckenham.
Fusion Festival, on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 November, offers a captivating combination of multicultural stage performances, international cuisine, global market stalls, roving entertainment, activities for children and youth, thrilling carnival rides and much more of what you love – all culminating in fabulous fireworks.

FRIDAY NIGHT
Fusion Stage:
- Salty sea shanty sounds of Albany Shantymen
- Bavarian influences of the Oompah brass band
- Sultry sounds of ‘la musica Italiana’ by Italycious
- Powerful beats of Taiko On Japanese drummers to herald the spectacular fireworks finale.
Viva Marquee:
- Traditional Indian dance by Bollywood Dhamaka
- Chinese lion dance by Kong Hing Koon
- Indigenous singer Bojesse Pigram
- Asian cultural performances by Joy Dance Group
- Kazakh folk dance by Laula
- LED and fire twirling by Michael Speranza
SATURDAY NIGHT
Fusion Stage:
- South American melodies by Los Chasquis
- Latin world music by Alma Latina
- A hit of rollicking rockabilly from The Rough Housers
- Afro Brazilian beats by SambOzzy ahead of the fireworks finale.
Viva Marquee:
- Belly dancing by Raks Harissa
- Islamic dancing and martial arts by the Association of Islamic Dakwah in Western Australia (AIDWA)
- Carnival drum beats by Wasamba
- Middle Eastern moves by Zahara Dance
- Acrobatics by the amazing Hassan
- Catchy Latin rhythms and vocals by four-piece Rumba and Café
