The Republic of Fremantle is an urban distillery in the heart of Fremantle’s West End, distilling vodka and gin from scratch.
You will be guided through the art of cocktail making, from how to make your own ingredients, to pre-batching ahead of a dinner party and tips and tricks to make perfectly balanced drinks.
1-hour classes take place at the Distillery, you can expect:
- To learn to mix crowd pleasing cocktail recipes
- Useful tips and tricks for the home bartender
- To make four cocktails included within experience to sip and savour
During check-out you can add food to your experience, choose between charcuterie grazing or the Chefs Feed Me menu. They also take private cocktail masterclasses.
