Every day of the festival, pay homage to the Italian ritual of aperitivo – with specially curated cocktails designed to whet your pre-meal palate.
Aperol joins forces with a host of top-notch small bars, like The Subi Hotel, Noble, Juanita’s, and BARK, serving up one of Europe’s best traditions to date. Or, visit Little Things Gin, Your Local, Mimosa or Golden West Brewery for their take on the spritz.
Stop into any venue on the trail during opening hours for a taste worth celebrating. Then, stay for a lazy meal the Italian way.
