Bib & Tucker is bringing you Spritz it good! A spritz masterclass
Who doesn’t love an afternoon Spritz? Bring your creative flair and sense of adventure on Saturday February 19, for an evening of Spritz making on the balcony from 5pm – 6.30pm.
Beam Suntory brand ambassador, Brendan Scott Grey, will take you through the history of the Spritz, from its beginnings with the Hapsburg royalty all the way to modern European drinking styles.
After a quick run through on what constitutes a Spritz (and a few tastings) you will get to experiment and make 3 Spritz recipes using vodka, gin and rum. A smorgasbord of ingredients (citrus, fruit and botanicals) will be set up to allow you to experiment and create your very own spritz recipes to take home.
