Restore some balance during the festive season with an hour of tranquil yin yoga flow on the Middle Eastern-inspired rooftop oasis hosted by the yogis from BODHI , before winding down post-workout with a delicious Christmas inspired G&T and signature Hadiqa grazing board… Life is all about balance after all!
In respect of the ancient practice of yoga and the wellbeing of Hadiqa yogis, refreshing G&Ts will be enjoyed once the yoga session is complete. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of water available for your workout – and there will be non-alcoholic options available too!
